- Ability to work in with the builders commencement date on time even though the builder may continually vary the starting date.
- Ability to complete plastering works according to the builders reasonable time requirements.
- Ability to achieve a quality plastering finish to residential standard level 4.
- Ability to provide reliable & quality plasterers who have positive attitudes and are pleasant to work with.
- We accurately measure the job from a set of full scale plans. The measurements are then entered into our computer using specifically designed software that accurately and uniformly calculates the total fixed price estimate.
- We identify and detail the Scope Of Works in writing together with the total fixed price estimate and guarantee sufficient material will be provided to complete the specified Scope Of Works.
- Upon acceptance of the total price estimate we will regularly check with the builder to determine the starting date.
- We will allocate the job to one of our "PLASTER LINK" contractors when the builder knows for certain when the job will be ready. Separate labour and material contracts are then prepared and forwarded to the builder.
- We coordinate the delivery of materials with the plastering contractor.
